bell street development
We are currently working on a major mixed use development on a site in Bell Street Preston for a private consortium.
The site is diagonally opposite our Darebin Arts and Entertainment Centre and near the Epping railway line.
The site zoning encourages medium density development along Bell Street and our design responds to this gritty urban milieu of noise and traffic by creating a solid, muscular brick podium building incorporating retail space, car parking and apartments.
The upper two levels are lighter in construction and appearance and incorporate two storey loft style apartments that will have expansive views of the city in all directions.
